For the Old Clare Hotel, a 62-key boutique property in Sydney’s Chippendale neighborhood, the Unlisted Collection tasked locally based Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects (TZG) with the renovation of the original Clare, a hotel and pub built in 1940, joining it with the former Carlton United Brewery (CUB) administration building next door.
