Adoba Eco Hotel, a brand that bills itself as the first LEED hotel brand in the country, is finalizing its purchase of the former Hyatt Dearborn outside of Detroit. The 772-key Adoba Hotel Dearborn/Detroit is undergoing subtle sustainable changes-such as LED light bulbs and low-flow toilets and showers, for starters-with plans for a more comprehensive green renovation down the line, according to the Dearborn Patch. Adoba also has a hotel in Rapid City, South Dakota.
