Following a comprehensive renovation, Hilton has officially opened Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley in California. Envisioned as Napa’s first downtown urban resort, the fully rebuilt 203-room property marries the convenience of First Street with the organic textures of the surrounding vineyard landscapes.
A grounding arrival
Spearheaded by DyeLot Interiors, the property’s transformation is immediately evident in the two-story lobby, which is appointed with custom furnishings and sculptural art and intimate seating areas unfold around a striking dual-sided fireplace.
A refined color palette relies heavily on walnut, bronze, and natural stone, while subtle hexagonal motifs and organic artwork serve as a gentle nod to the area’s vital pollinators and agricultural roots.
Serene sanctuaries
The spirit of the valley continues into Casa Mani’s 188 guestrooms and 15 suites, which include three expansive Presidential Suites. Each accommodation is designed as a tranquil retreat, boasting teakwood accent walls inspired by reclaimed wine barrels that set the stage for cork side tables and cozy seating areas.
Spacious spa-style bathrooms elevate the residential feel with soaking tubs and rain showers, while signature rooms and suites boast private patios complete with warming firepits.

Dining and gathering
Designed in partnership with Backen & Backen, the upcoming BOA Steakhouse is characterized by a restrained palette of stone, wood, and steel, and offers a relaxed indoor-outdoor experience nestled among mature olive trees and lush gardens.
Additional F&B venues include the Creekside Terrace with 20-foot ceilings draped in fabric, and the lobby lounge, where wine tastings center around the Offering Tree, a symbolic gathering place encircled by a sculptural hospitality table.
Additional amenities at Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley
The property’s Wellness Wing houses a Peloton Fitness Center and the Spa at Casa Mani. Crafted with warm wood tones and natural materials, the intimate wellness area features five treatment rooms and a Hydrothermal Circuit meant to encourage guests to slow down and reconnect.
Rounding out the resort’s amenities is more than 15,000 square feet of flexible gathering space, comprising seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms, and the expansive Redwood Lawn, which provides a serene outdoor backdrop anchored by a sculptural gondola.
