The renovation and rebranding of the former Fess Parker hotel into the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is set for completion later this month. Led by Los Angeles-based design firm Atwater Inc Studio, the multimillion-dollar renovation will see upgrades to all 360 guestrooms, which now feature sky blue tones, driftwood-inspired interiors, and private balconies and patios.
F&B options will include the locally inspired concept the Roundhouse; seafood eatery Rodney’s Grill; grab-and-go space Java Del Mar; and the poolside Terraza Del Mar. The bistro-style venue the Set will also open with outdoor firepits and optimal views. More than 40,000 square feet of flexible and newly renovated indoor-outdoor event space will debut onsite as well. The semi-enclosed Plaza Del Sol will frame 180-degree ocean views and include a connecting rotunda, while the Spa del Mar will include a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool, as well as the 24-hour fitness center as well.
