A new private members club has debuted in Manhattan.
Overlooking Bryant Park, Branch offers an elevated environment for social connection, locally inspired food and drink, curated music, wellness offerings, and exclusive events.
Branch, perched on the sixth floor of the Park Terrace Hotel, evokes the quiet sophistication of New York’s original social-club scene.
The name Branch draws inspiration from the graceful London plane trees of Bryant Park, which are visible from the club’s expansive indoor/outdoor terrace.
Located within a David Chipperfield-designed building, Branch features interiors by Holloway Li that integrate Chipperfield’s exterior terrazzo design. A striking green terrazzo bar, for instance, incorporates the original palette while making a striking statement.
The space also boasts herringbone wood flooring made from smoked quarter-sawn oak, complemented by jewel-toned furnishings, natural light, and sweeping park views.
The design also nods to the neighboring Morgan Library, with green fabric-lined bookshelves and aged brass table lighting.
