BNG Hospitality is set to debut the Park Club California this month within the Center Tower in Costa Mesa. The new members-only club will provide an exclusive social haven for professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and philanthropists.
Designed by Studio Collective, the Park Club draws inspiration from its natural surroundings and neighboring arts organizations, including the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, the South Coast Repertory, and the recently opened Orange County Museum of Art. The entrance, for instance, will feature a gallery of rotating exhibits showcasing works by Southern California artists.
“We wanted the Park Club’s design to embody the vibrancy of the local art scene and were inspired by its neighboring creative institutions,” says Adam Goldstein, partner and design director of Studio Collective. “Our mission was to weave the rich cultural fabric of the club’s surroundings into its DNA, positioning it as an in-demand destination for the community’s creative class.”
Throughout the space, contemporary architectural elements are blended with bespoke furnishings and playful pops of color to create an intimate and visually layered atmosphere.
The club offers eight distinctive areas for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events. The Monet restaurant is crafted to pay homage to Impressionist art, while the Palm Bar boasts a sleek aesthetic. All the spaces—including the restaurant, bar, and event areas—open out to an al fresco garden terrace with patio seating and lush landscaping.
