London-based design practice Goddard Littlefair has expanded its footprint in Europe with the opening of its second office in Porto, Portugal.
Located in the city’s culturally and artistically rich Cedofeita section, the new location will be helmed by design director John Beattie. He previously worked in the firm’s London office for five years.
“From this Porto base, we have been able to grow a team of 17 designers from diverse backgrounds to deliver projects from conception to completion,” Beattie says. “We’re now working on a number of luxury resort projects in the Algarve as well as numerous other projects across Europe and beyond.”
Goddard Littlefair cofounder Martin Goddard adds, “Portugal is rich in design history and craftsmanship, making it a brilliant source of inspiration and references for our European team.”
