Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting—global manufacturers headquartered in Miami, Florida—have named Josh Mandel as chief executive officer of both companies.
In addition to his existing role as president, Mandel assumes the position of CEO with a focus on strategic development, innovation, and the brand’s continued expansion.
The promotion coincides with Mandel’s two-decade tenure at Majestic, which his father founded 28 years ago. Mandel began his career with Majestic after graduating from the University of Colorado in 2003.
Under Mandel’s leadership as president, the companies’ client base significantly expanded to include renowned brands in the resort, luxury, boutique, mid-range, and budget hotel sectors worldwide. He also extended the product lines into diverse industries such as multifamily housing, condominium developments, senior living, and healthcare facilities. In 2019, Mandel played a pivotal role in the launch of Majestic Lighting.
Together, Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting boast a client roster exceeding 5,000, operate 15 factories, manage 80,000 square feet of warehouse space, and employ more than 100 professionals.
“Assuming the role of CEO at Majestic is both a remarkable honor and a testament to the collective growth we’ve experienced as a team,” says Mandel. “I see this new chapter as an opportunity to build upon our past successes, channeling the dedication, integrity, and innovation that have been our hallmarks for the past 20 years.”
