Choice Hotels will build new headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, moving from its current location in Silver Spring. The new headquarters will be located at a building being completed Rockville Town Center, where the company will occupy over 130,000 square feet of Class A office space. The move is slated to occur in 2013.
