Montage Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans for the forthcoming Montage Ras El Hekma, a sprawling coastal oasis that will mark Montage’s first Egypt resort as well as Ras El Hekma’s first branded residences for purchase.
Connected to the coast
Designed to serve as the experiential core of the wider community, the property is woven directly into its natural surroundings. The collection of 96 Montage Residences comprises three- to six-bedroom villas with an emphasis on fluid indoor-outdoor living and views of the sea. Select villas will offer dual views that capture both the waters of the Mediterranean and the lush greenery of a championship golf course.
Amenities to come at at Montage Ras El Hekma
Beyond the private villas, Montage Ras El Hekma will feature 200 elegant guestrooms and suites, paired with a curated mix of wellness and leisure experiences. Guests and residents will have access to beachfront swimmable lagoons, six distinct dining venues, and a tranquil Spa Montage outfitted with 13 treatment rooms.
The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped to include expansive outdoor lawns, terraces, and versatile event spaces, while a dedicated Owners’ Clubhouse complements the exclusive residential setting.
Surrounding the resort is an integrated marina, rolling fairways, and 1.4 miles of untouched shoreline.
A visionary masterplan in Egypt
This development represents the opening chapter of the $35 billion Ras El Hekma masterplan. As the first of 17 planned precincts to move into active delivery, the Wadi Yemm neighborhood will also introduce a series of monumental cultural landmarks that shape the identity of the wider city. Among these are the Ras El Hekma Lighthouse and a grand amphitheater that can host up to 10,000 guests for an annual program of cultural and entertainment events.
