Encore Hospitality has formed a joint venture with Sage Hospitality. The partnership will combine Encore’s expanding portfolio of hotel assets with Sage’s national hotel management expertise. As part of the agreement, Encore has named Sage Hospitality exclusive third-party management company for all of its existing and newly acquired hotels.
