The Venetian Las Vegas is set to introduce its latest F&B concept, Chica Las Vegas, later this month. Designed by Wilson Associates in collaboration with 50 Eggs Inc., the hotel’s maiden Latin concept will join sister restaurant Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in the Venetian’s Restaurant Row.
The design pays homage to its cultural Latin roots, complete with vivid colors and chic, contemporary accents. Authentic, ornate textures from handmade vintage tiles to colonial-style ironwork will further reflect the cultural influence on the space alongside a bright palette and female-centric artwork. The kitchen will be equipped with a built-in rotisserie wall and custom Churrasco grill. A variety of private dining areas will arrive as well.
