During Hospitality Design (HD) magazine’s 16th annual HD Summit in February, a select group of approximately 400 designers, owners, brand representatives, purchasers, and sponsoring manufacturers gathered at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island in Florida for three days of education, networking, and inspiration. The thought camp event featured moving keynoters from outside the industry, including neuroscientist and bestselling author, David Eagleman, and Doc Hendley, founder of nonprofit Wine to Water, among others.
