During Hospitality Design (HD) magazine’s 17th annual HD Summit in February, a select group of 400 industry professionals and sponsoring manufacturers gathered at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio for three days of education, networking, and creative inspiration. The “thought-camp” featured a variety of keynoters from outside the industry, including photographer Joshua Cogan and global singing phenomenon Choir! Choir! Choir!, among others.
