Lake Flato’s architecture for the 32-room Hotel San Cristóbal draws influence from the coastal town’s historic reputation as a “pueblo mágico” village, reminiscent of the carefree vibes of the 1970s Baja Peninsula. The San Antonio-based firm crafted the property—the first international property from Liz Lambert of Bunkhouse Group—with numerous indoor-outdoor spaces to further immerse guests in the picturesque landscape.
