Hyatt Hotels has revealed plans to unveil the first Andaz outpost in Bangkok next year. The 244-room luxury lifestyle concept will open as part of the One Bangkok development, Thailand’s most comprehensive real estate project. A49 will oversee the project’s architecture, while PIA Interior Company Limited will weave an invigorating sense of place through the interior design.
“Each and every Andaz hotel is handcrafted to capture the spirit and uniqueness of the neighborhood and location in which they exist,” says Brian Lum, Hyatt’s vice president of design services – Asia Pacific. “Andaz One Bangkok will draw inspiration from the richness of its surroundings and weave these into a modern interpretation of architecture, design, materials, arts, and culture to offer a truly immersive and distinctive experience.”
Set against the verdant backdrop of Lumphini Park, Andaz One Bangkok will draw upon Thai cultural history throughout its design concept with the juxtaposition of old and new. F&B options, like the Andaz Tavern and Lounge and a rooftop concept, will celebrate Thailand’s distinctive culinary legacy as well.
