Marriott International has completed a total renovation of all the guestrooms and suites in its Courtyard Oakland Emeryville location.
Each room’s design was inspired by the nearby ocean and features a spacious layout with Bay views. All carpet, wallpaper, curtains, paint, backdrops, and art were replaced with new materials in a muted color palette with aqua blue and chocolate brown accents throughout. Sofas, mattresses, vanities, and lighting were also replaced.


The property is located in Emeryville, California—a centrally located Bay Area city 10 minutes from the University of California, Berkeley. Nearby attractions include downtown San Francisco, the Bay Street Mall, and the Oakland Coliseum.
