The Hoxton, Chicago has unveiled its new coworking concept Working From_. Conceived by London-based Ennismore Design Studio, the new communal lobby environment is set to be rolled out as part of the amenities at the Hoxton, Southwarkwhich will arrive in London this September, as well.
Drenched in natural light, each Working From_ space is equipped to accommodate a variety of styles and moods for its varied tiers of members. In addition to private studio spaces, the concept also welcomes members to sign up for an Open Studio plan, which affords a permanent desk within a six- to eight-person pod. Library desks are paired with ergonomic seating as well as wireless charging, while more cozy configurations include armchairs and custom daybeds apt for brainstorming. The Chicago outpost features 294 desks, two meeting rooms, and two terraces spread across two floors.
The forthcoming Working From_ space at the Hoxton, Southwark will span a whopping six floors to host 744 desks and five meeting rooms. Additional Working From_ amenities will include a wellness studio, winter garden, and quiet booths for private calls.
