The Hall Arts Hotel has opened as the first hotel concept in the Arts District of Dallas. Home to 183 contemporary guestrooms and 19 suites, the property features a design from locally based firm HKS Architects, and its interiors are executed by Long Island, New York-based studio Bentel & Bentel.
Living up to its name, the crafty hotel boasts a thoughtfully curated art collection of commissioned pieces, including local photography punctuating all guestrooms and corridors. Accommodations are designed to reflect the sophisticated flair of the hotel with a soft, neutral palette illuminated via floor-to-ceiling windows. Located on the second floor, Ellie’s Restaurant serves as a social anchor of the hotel, attached to an adjacent lounge and outdoor terrace. Included among more than 6,000 square feet of onsite meeting and events spaces are two multifunctional salons, a boardroom, an outdoor garden, and a 2,500-square-foot grand ballroom, in addition to a fitness center and rooftop pool.
