Kimpton Hotels is set to unveil two new properties in Asia this October. The Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is set to debut within the heart of Langsuan on Thursday, October 1st, while the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo—the first international brand to open in the Shinjuku district in nearly three decades—will open Friday, October 2nd.
Located at the threshold of the lush and expansive Lumpini Park, the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is the company’s maiden outpost in Southeast Asia. The 362-room hotel will be home to the all-day lobby bar Craft, as well as the modern rooftop garden venue Bar.Yard. Two additional F&B options—grocerant Stock.Room and cocktail bar Ms. Jigger—are slated to join the lineup in the coming months.

Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo
Drawing inspiration from New York’s art and fashion scene, the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo will feature a calming design to balance the colorful, energetic spirit of Shinjuku. The luxury hotel will host 151 design-driven accommodations, three meeting and event spaces, a fitness center, and chapel-gallery hybrid. Dining facilities will include modern Tokyo brasserie District and New York-inspired deli The Jones.
