Coworking-social club hybrid NeueHouse is expanding its footprint on the East and West Coasts. Later this year, the brand will open locations in Venice Beach, California and Miami. The addition of these two new spaces brings Neuehouse’s growing portfolio to five U.S. outposts.
Situated on the same city block as late artist Jean-Michel Basquiat’s former workshop, NeueHouse Venice Beach will be the company’s third outpost in Los Angeles. The coworking space will occupy a historic building previously owned by producer Tony Bill and rented by social media company Snap Inc. Bill’s creative spirit will serve as the muse for the design of the property, which will be completed by Toronto-based firm DesignAgency.

DesignAgency will also oversee the design of NeueHouse Miami, which will include a culinary partnership with restaurant and hotel Casa Tua. The forthcoming locale will occupy a five-story building at the intersection of Miami’s Design District and Wynwood.
In February, Neuehouse introduced its 25,000-square-foot outpost in Downtown Los Angeles.
