Minor Hotels has revealed plans to launch a Tivoli Hotels & Resorts property in Oman as part of the brand’s expansion in the Middle East. The 180-key Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will begin development later this year and is slated for completion in 2026.
The new build will rise in the La Vie Club mixed-use community and accommodate 80 hotel keys and 100 branded residences overlooking an 18-hole golf course.
Amenities at Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will include a swimming pool, fitness center, ballroom, four meeting rooms, and an Anantara spa. A medley of F&B options, including a rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby lounge café, sports bar, and an all-day eatery will also be featured.
“We are thrilled to announce this exciting future addition to the Tivoli portfolio and the brand’s upcoming debut in Oman,” says Dillip Rajakarier, Minor International Group CEO and Minor Hotels CEO. “With a fantastic location in Muscat, this new property will offer exceptional facilities to both business and leisure guests, with a world-class golf course on its doorstep and easy access to the many cultural attractions the city has to offer. We look forward to working with the team at ORIS to bring this exciting property to fruition.”
