TROBBU Boutique Collection is set to make its debut with the launch of TROBBU Tulum, the area’s first all-inclusive luxury villa experience.
Opening in January, TROBBU Tulum will comprise 10 villas nestled in the serene jungle.
Each 2,745-square-foot villa will span three floors and accommodate up to eight guests. Designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, the villas feature three bedrooms, three and a half baths, an infinity pool, a decked terrace with sun loungers, a bar and grill area, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests will also have access to communal spaces—crafted by MANOUMANA—like a spa offering nature-inspired treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and more.
“We are delighted to introduce our first property, TROBBU Boutique Collection Tulum, to the market,” says Elías Barbosa, managing director of TROBBU. “The villas and offerings have been designed to give guests the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and create memories with travel companions while experiencing a truly remarkable getaway in one of the most beautiful places in the world.”
With over two decades of experience in real estate construction, Barbosa has worked on numerous high-profile projects, including hotels for Palace Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Iberostar, as well as residential developments like Campus Residencias Mérida.
