Iron Wood Ventures, which provides global management solutions for the commercial marketplace, has acquired INDON International. Jim Weathers, INDON’s founder, will be retiring effective immediately but will remain as a consultant to the new management. Rick Gursky, an Iron Wood Ventures partner, will become president of INDON. INDON will operate as a division of Iron Wood Ventures.
