Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has acquired the 258-suite W Los Angeles – Westwood from Starwood Hotels and Resorts for $125 million. Starwood will continue to manage the property. The companies will embark on a multimillion-dollar renovation to the NineThirty restaurant, lobby and bar, meeting space, pool area, and the poolside Backyard bar and restaurant.
