“‘Tado’ is Mdewakanton for ‘meat,’ and we wanted to symbolically reference this idea using custom built steel wall panels and entry ‘flames’ to evoke the act of grilling an unadorned cut of fresh, locally raised beef or bison to perfection,” says Scott.
