Fish by José Andrés in the MGM National Harbor in Baltimore, designed by Capella Garcia Arquitectura and Avenue Interior Design, is outfitted with walls covered in ceramic fish scales, columns wrapped in ropes, and an ocean-inspired color scheme that “evokes exotic marine adventures as well as familiar summer beach memories,” says founder Juli Capella.
