Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel has finished a multimillion-dollar makeover. Upgrades included replacing every window in the hotel to make it sound-resistant; installing a four-pipe system to enable guests to use heating or air conditioning no matter what time of year; and reconfiguring the guestroom footprints to add two more feet to each room. In addition, the project also encompassed the redesign of accommodations, lobby, restaurants, lounges, meeting space, fitness center, swimming pool, and Club Lounge.
