The dining area—outfitted with a Selamet table base topped with a custom marble top and Palecek chairs—“evokes a coastal and resort vibe,” says Mazzarini. He also mixed in Kentucky horse farm elements, notably in the striped Perennials’ upholstery on the window seat. Porcelanosa floors mimic wood while yellow trimmed drapes from the Shade Store reflect the sunny Florida weather.
