Wilson Associates has announced the promotions of two team members in its Singapore office. Aldwin Ong has been elevated from associate principal to principal, while former director of operations Jason Tan will now serve as regional director of operations. With more than 20 years in the industry, both Ong and Tan boast extensive portfolios with a slew of international projects.

Since joining Wilson, Ong has designed several notable properties including the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Resort and the Hilton Jinan. He also championed new CAD standards five years ago. Under Tan’s leadership, Wilson’s project managers have streamlined efficiency and productivity in the Asia Paciic region, contributing to various business development initiatives.
