To create BuzziSpace’s BuzziReForm acoustic panels, eco-friendly mycelium—a biodegradable alternative made from the roots of mushrooms—is allowed to grow naturally around local organic waste. The mixture is then placed into molds where it grows for several more days before being exposed to a heat source that halts further fungal development.
