The Ruffle lighting collection from Phillips Collection is designed by Mandy Shanahan with undulating layers of metal that peek out from fixtures akin to the layers of a ruffled dress. In addition to the black or white powdercoated canopies, the design is also available with brass or copper variations for the metallic layers.
