Consider the Denver location. Set to open this fall, the 216-room hotel will boast architecture by DLR Group that recalls a modern-day chalet and streamlined interiors from Parts and Labor Design (the New York firm also crafted the Washington, DC and Nashville properties). Spaces like the 90-seat ground-floor restaurant centered around a circular bar with a custom jewel box light fixture and the sixth-floor indoor lounge—which boasts a sunroom with a fireplace—are brought together via a rich material and color palette.
