Revered chef Dominique Crenn returns to her homeland with Golden Poppy, her glass-roofed zero-waste and zero-plastic restaurant at the 73-room La Fantaisie. In contrast to the buzzy streets of the 9th arrondissement’s Faubourg-Montmartre neighborhood, the hotel will welcome guests in April with a secret garden and biophilic spa developed with Holidermie. Likewise, Martin Brudnizki’s design—revolving around a palette of green, yellow, and coral and floral wallpaper-covered ceilings—evokes nature.
