Debuting this spring, the lifestyle brand’s first West Coast property is a celebration of the 1965-era building’s past while layering in Japanese minimalism, midcentury modernism, and botanical influences—brought together with a color palette reminiscent of the Coachella Valley. Joining the 66 guestrooms that overlook the mountains will be an outdoor pool and lounge area featuring a green-wrapped bar, intimate firepit lounge, and garden dining gazebos.
