Pendry’s latest project is a Tudor-style mansion backdropped by 400 acres of rolling hills and woodlands in New Jersey’s Somerset County. Guests can gather in the Mansion Tavern, anchored by the great room and its cozy seating around the fireplace, or Ninety Acres, the restaurant and cooking school dedicated to sustainable farm produce.
