Part of the burgeoning Trailborn Hotels portfolio, the Post Company-crafted Trailborn Surf & Sound will open early this year in the former Seashore Hotel, which traces its roots back to 1897. The reimagined property will boast a façade clad in whitewashed brick that will lead to a plant-filled lobby with a wood- and stone-wrapped reception desk and French doors that open onto the water, setting the tone for the 151 maritime-inspired guestrooms.
