Delano Miami Beach
Between 1995 when it opened and 2020 when it shuttered, the 171-room Delano was a Miami icon, envisioned by Ian Schrager and Philippe Starck as an adult playground. Reopening in late 2025 under the Ennismore portfolio, the resort will retain signature elements like ethereal white curtains, restored hexagonal columns, and the legendary Rose Bar. A new pool on the fourth floor will join the beloved one on the ground floor, which will now be bolstered by a beachfront amenity deck.
