Marking Graduate’s first Texas outpost, the 95-key hotel by the brand’s in-house design team at AJ Capital Partners will be located across the street from Southern Methodist University when it opens this spring. Blending Graduate’s signature collegiate charm with a design that honors the school’s traditions, highlights include a communal lobby and the signature Poindexter Coffee shop, along with an all-day bar and restaurant and an outdoor pool.
