The 71-room Hotel Saint Augustine, the latest from Bunkhouse Hotels and the Marchbanks Company, has debuted in Houston’s Montrose neighborhood. Designed by Post Company, the interiors channel the Texas city’s artistic heritage, offering playful furnishings, monochromatic hues, and surrealist touches. Adjacent to the Menil Collection campus, the hotel minimizes traditional artwork, instead focusing on furniture, textures, and lighting to create a serene atmosphere.
