What we’re looking forward to: Few hotels are as steeped in Miami culture as the Delano, an Art Deco landmark last revitalized in the 1990s by hotelier Ian Schrager and designer Philippe Starck. For the 171-room resort’s next chapter, the lobby’s hexagonal columns were restored and, like before, ethereal white curtains guide guests to the public spaces. Among the new F&B concepts is a reboot of the Rose Bar, as fabled as the pool and its coveted bungalows.
