What we’re looking forward to: On the secluded island of Barbuda, meals have been savored at an offshoot of Nobu restaurant since 2020. But it’s only one part of the eco-conscious, 400-acre development from Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon, and James Packer. Dominating the site is the complementary Nobu Beach Inn. Along with 36 guestrooms scattered across a series of bungalow cottages, there are 25 residences linked by pools and gardens and a beachfront spa.
