The 34th property in the Graduate brand’s portfolio (an Auburn, Alabama outpost also debuted this year) brings a vibrant mix of history and modernity to Nassau Street, directly across from Princeton University. The 180-key hotel, a hybrid of adaptive reuse and new construction, transforms a 1918 dormitory with a design inspired by its Gothic architecture and collegiate heritage. Highlights include a two-story library lounge showcasing embroidered senior jackets and a signature 30-foot-long carved communal table, while custom details like cannon-inspired lamps nod to Princeton’s Revolutionary War ties.
