Occupying a building constructed in 1964 as Banff’s first commercial motor hotel, the 109-room Moxy Banff pays homage to its past with a bold midcentury design that features expansive rundle stone walls and precast guest wings that recall 1960s-era ski chalets. The retro aesthetic is also celebrated in the Voyager Room, which boasts a collection of more than 200 records, a vintage Klipsch Heritage sound system, hi-fidelity equipment from the 1970s, and a big screen.
