Standard International brings its youthful new brand to Fitzroy, Australia with the StandardX, Melbourne, the brand’s inaugural property (a second location opened in Bangkok at the end of the year). Inspired by the neighborhood’s creative energy of the 1970s and ’80s, the hotel’s interiors reflect a minimalist design that extends to the 125 guestrooms, adorned in a welcoming white and blue palette.
