Arriving a decade after Aman debuted in the city, its sleek younger sibling Janu arrived in Tokyo this year in the new Azabudai Hills city-in-a-city development. The lively design features oversized bracket lamps in the lobby, a large living tree in Mercato restaurant, and eclectic artwork. Meanwhile, the 122 guestrooms evoke a sense of calm thanks to a muted color palette, shoji screen-inspired room dividers, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the spaces with natural light.
