For its second Amsterdam property, the 136-room Hoxton has breathed new life into a century-old landmark originally built by the Royal Dutch Lloyd Shipping Company. The design honors the building’s Art Deco roots while embracing the vibrant, youthful energy of Eastern Docklands neighborhood, layering original period features like stained glass windows with bold tones and playful, geometric patterns.
