New York designer Joe Ginsberg referenced the look and feel of a high-end Manhattan apartment for Marmara Park Avenue, a modern 128-room hotel that was converted from a 1927 office tower. Guestrooms offer wood floors, abstract art, and multi-colored accent pillows and sofas.
