For the Ludlow—which opened last year—hotelier and designer Sean MacPherson dreamed up a 1,500-square-foot, two bathroom penthouse, which features floor-to-ceiling casement windows, handmade silk rugs atop hardwood floors, Moroccan-made pendant lights, and rock music-inspired décor.
