In keeping with the 1 Hotel brand’s environmentally sensitive ethos (the hotel is going for LEED certification), the designers worked to blur indoor-outdoor lines in the 229 rooms and suites through the use of built-in window seats and paned-glass showers, inspired by a greenhouse.
